Inspection Fees & Terms: Standard homeowner inspections and estimates are typically complimentary. Real estate transaction inspections are subject to a separate fee structure. Additional fees may apply for properties outside our standard service area, extensive travel, or unique site conditions. All applicable fees will be disclosed before scheduling. Evaluation and trip fees paid will be credited toward recommended repairs upon signing a repair contract with Chumley Structural and Foundation Repair, subject to terms or exclusions disclosed in advance.
