WHO WE ARE
Quality Service
You Can Trust
Service availability and offerings vary by location. At Chumley Structural & Foundation Repair, we’re more than a repair contractor — we’re partners in protecting the long-term structural integrity of your home. Founded in 2011 by Joseph Chumley, our company was built on a simple principle: provide honest evaluations, engineered solutions, and workmanship that exceeds reasonable expectations.
What began as Chumley Construction has grown into a trusted structural and foundation repair company serving homeowners across Washington State and the Greater Puget Sound, and now Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas.
Get To Know The Team
Joseph Chumley
Founder & Owner
