Use this company!  When significant dry rot was discovered in my home, I was told that that part of the house would have to be torn down and rebuilt.  I then called Joe, the owner, who showed me that there was a better way.  And he showed me using remarkable technology where the problem was, what would be done to address it, and how it would be done.  Having worked with a lot of contractors, I have never seen anyone else in the construction industry use technology in this way.

Although this was a very stressful situation, Joe’s honesty, integrity, and top-notch communication skills made the process enjoyable.  His character traits are difficult to find elsewhere in this industry.  He earned my trust, and then delivered.

His crew that did the work were respectful, and really like what they do.  I’ve rarely seen a crew in this industry enjoy their work as much as these guys.

One night during an intense wind and rainstorm, the plastic covering over the job started to leak.  Joe personally came out that night to rectify the situation (even though I told him to wait until morning).  What other company does that?

After five bids I almost gave up, the cost, pressure in upsell on work I knew I needed, scheduling and the feeling like I wasn't being heard just left me exhausted so I asked my community page as I am remodeling, Chumley was mentioned and I knew I hadn't reached out to them yet. Joe came out to do an attic assesment due to popping nails from the ceiling. He provided a thorough inspection & his quote price for attic repairs were not overly priced for our budget.
