His background allows Chumley to approach repairs holistically — understanding not just what failed, but why, and how to fix it properly for the long term.
Cody Donahue
Texas Branch Manager, POC
Cody leads Chumley’s Texas operations and serves as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He oversees inspections, project coordination, and customer communication, ensuring Texas homeowners receive the same level of care, expertise, and transparency Chumley is known for. Under Cody’s leadership, our Texas division focuses on repairs tailored to local conditions — expansive clay soils, attic HVAC systems, extreme heat, and construction deficiencies common in North Texas homes.

Our founder, Joseph Chumley, established Chumley Construction, LLC in 2011 and grew the company to place of diversifying into structural & foundation repair. With Joe having 17 years of experience in the home building and construction industry, our entire company takes a holistic approach to the projects that come our way.
